Dip Instructions: In a small bowl mix package contents with ¼ cup of HOT water. Set aside for 5 minutes to soften. Add ¾ cup to 1 cup Regular/Pure Olive Oil (NOT Extra Virgin) to seasonings. Store any extra in the refrigerator.
