Summer is here and so are your summer dinner parties! Whether you are the host of a dinner or a guest and looking to bring something tasty, we have what you need to WOW your audience. There are a lot of great things about dips. No matter who you are or what kinds of foods you prefer, everyone can appreciate a good dip – especially with so many varieties and flavors out there! We put together some easy and fun dip recipes based on a few of our best-selling dip mixes for you to try. Add these to any dish and your guests will want to lick the bowl!

Texas Ranch Chip & Veggie Dip

This is for all ranch lovers! Are you one of those people that puts ranch on everything? This dip mix will give a whole new meaning to the idea of that creamy condiment. In fact, if you like ranch you’ll love this one so much that any other ranch just won’t be able to compare. This Texas Ranch dip is great for any chip and vegetable platter. If you grill any sort of chicken or barbeque, this also makes an excellent dipping sauce.

How to Make It: Mix 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of sour cream and 1 pack of our Texas Ranch spice mix and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. Alternatively, you can replace the mayonnaise with 2 cups of yogurt (full fat) or 16 ounces of lite cream cheese for a lighter dip experience.

Sun-Dried Tomato & Bacon Chip and Veggie Dip with Stuffed Chicken

Looking for a new meal to try this summer? Whether you need a meal to work into your weekly dinner rotation or are planning to entertain guests, we have a simple one for you- that’s healthy too! Stuffed chicken is an easy but delicious meal. Our best-selling Sun-Dried Tomato and Bacon  chip and veggie dip is an excellent pair with stuffed chicken.

How to Make It: Stuff chicken breasts with some sun-dried tomato, basil and cheese. Any cheese you prefer is good, but we especially recommend goat cheese. Then, mix 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of sour cream and 1 pack of our Sun-Dried Tomato and Bacon spice mix and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Cook the chickens and let cool to serving temperature, then pour on the dipping sauce or serve on the side!

Roasted Garlic & Herb- Olive Oil Blend

It’s no surprise this is our best seller, and once you give it a try you will see why. This powerful, yet smooth garlic flavor is enhanced with the perfect combination of herbs. If you are cooking any pasta or even vegetables, you will want to give this a try. This olive oil blend also makes a great chicken or shrimp scampi which is why we have included the recipe on the package.

How to Make It: Mix our Roasted Garlic and Herb blend with ¼ cup of hot water and set aside for 5 minutes to soften. Then add ¾ cup to 1 cup of regular/pure olive oil (not extra virgin) to the seasonings. For scampi, sautee 1 pound of shrimp, scallops or chicken and cook 1 pound of pasta. Toss your meat, pasta and the prepared blend together and voila, a delicious and easy dish that everyone’s sure to love!

Salted Caramel Dessert Mix

It also works great as an ice-cream topping. The Salted Caramel Dessert mix is also great for a bagel spread or Sweet Cheese ball for those guests who prefer their dessert first!

How to Make It: Dissolve the Salted Caramel Dessert mix with ¼ cup of hot water and add 8 ounces of room temperature cream cheese. Then blend until smooth and mix in 8 ounces of a defrosted whipped topping such as Cool Whip. Refrigerate one to two hours before serving, or keep in your freezer for up to 4 months!
